Who we are

Ashville Media are the award-winning publishers of both Maternity and maternity & infant magazines; together with their special Events Division they are delighted to bring you the 3rd annual maternity & infant Awards.

The awards were designed to give parents the opportunity to vote on their favourite products and services. With more than 12 categories, the maternity & infant awards will cover a full range of child-related products and services from food to equipment, from family days out to websites. There are also the hugely popular People Awards this year; which gives you the chance to acknowledge the great work of midwives, business parents, child heroes and more.
We have added three more People awards to this year's event;

• Mum of the Year


• Dad of the Year


• Grandparent/s of the Year

Voting for the awards will open in June! In September, votes will be counted and a shortlist will be drawn up based on the highest-scoring products/services in each category. For the last five weeks, parents will then be voting on this shortlist in order to decide the overall winners. Voting forms will be online until the 15th of October. You can continue nominating in our People awards up until the 15th of October also.


The winners will then be revealed at the gala luncheon on November 12th. All voters will be entered into a prize draw to win a host of fantastic prizes.

Taking place in the impressive Shelbourne Hotel on November 12th 2009, this gala event will be attended by more than 250 people. Hosted by the lovely Sharon Ní Bheolain, the event will kick off at twelve with a reception prior to lunch and the main ceremony. The day promises to be an excellent day full of celebrations and entertainment!
